While the 2016 model only just arrived in dealerships, it’s important for Chevy to stay ahead in the ever-changing alternative energy landscape. Experts seem to agree that Chevy is going about it the right way because the Volt recently won the 2016 Green Car of the Year award, beating out strong competition, like the 2016 Nissan Leaf. Whether area drivers have been quick to notice it or not, hybrid and electric vehicles are truly upon us. If you’ve been following along on our blog, you may have noticed that we’ve been pretty excited about the redesign of the 2016 Chevy Volt for several weeks now. How much do you love your car? It probably isn’t something we think of very often–cars generally evoke more negative emotions than positive ones, resulting in kicked tires and slammed doors.
